Our Collagen Capsules contains collagen Type 2. Collagen is your body's basic building block. It is necessary for the creation of skin, muscle, bone and cartilage. It is your body's most abundant natural protein and without enough collagen your skin and body are old.
Each of our UC-II® capsules provides 40mg of standardised chicken cartilage, which contains type 2 collagen.
